Twelve years after Zion Wright's biography is published, a ghost from Zion's past is freed from their icy prison by a seventeen-year-old boy trying to save his people. Together, they search for an artifact, called The Terran Files, holding the promise of salvation. Meanwhile, Aizen scours Earth, trying to discover how his past lives exist within him, when he stumbles upon an ancient hard drive containing all of Earth's lost history. And Clara is tasked by newly elected Supreme Minister Hjordiana to track down this ghost. But as their crusades collide, they uncover a humanitarian crisis a millennium in the making. One threatening to shatter the galactic alliance. Ghosts of Zion depicts four tales told from the perspectives of a butcher, biologist, cartel head, and prisoner, stretching from The Hermian War on old Earth to modern day Ganymede, and answering the most elusive of questions - What on Earth happened on Earth during The Fall?
