Prof. Dr. Azevedo Baptista Binguanhane Nhantumbo est titulaire d'un post-doctorat, d'un doctorat et d'une maîtrise en sciences de l'éducation, avec une spécialisation en développement de programmes, de l'université de Minho au Portugal ; il est diplômé en sciences de l'éducation de l'université africaine au Zimbabwe. Il a publié plusieurs ouvrages et articles scientifiques évalués par des pairs.
