Mark Zimmerman is a retired newspaperman from Nashville, Tennessee, who now resides in Panama City Beach, Florida. He is the owner of Zimco Publications LLC, whose website is located at www.zimcopubs.com. Atomic Express is his ninth history book and first historical fiction. Fortress Nashville (2022) was named a Top Ten Civil War Book of that year. He is now working on a historical fiction novel about graverobbing, medical cadavers, and the attempted assassination of a high U.S. official.
