Autorenporträt

Danielle McLean is a children’s book writer and editor, living in London. She is mom to Olive and Henry, who are her biggest fans, and who love books as much as she does. She’s written books about a lot of fun things like magical mermicorns, mysterious sparkly poop, friendly fungi, and much, much more. Vicki Gausden spent her childhood in various military camps scattered around the globe and is primarily solar-powered, most likely due to her Maltese genes. She spends most of her income funding her book habit and has a slight obsession with the 6B pencil. She’s been a vegetarian since the age of 11 and is a proud Blue Peter badge-holder. She attained a BA (with honors) and MDes in illustration from Edinburgh College of Art, and currently lives on the edge of the South Downs with two ridiculously small dogs and one very patient husband.
