ABOUT AUTHOR D'angelo Thompson has worked in the creative arts industry as a makeup artist over two decades in beauty, commercials, fashion, film, lifestyle, and television. He began this journey while attending, Curie High School of Performing Arts in Chicago, IL. and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY from 1989-1991. Fashion, fine art, beauty, and writing has always been a passion. His earliest memory of writing was a poem he submitted to a local nature newspaper. The newspaper published the poem and was the creative push he needed to devour books and write as a young man. Over the years, he has published three beauty books and one book on gratitude thus far: Enhanced Beauty, Enhanced Beauty for Teens, and Enhanced Beauty: Men's Grooming, A 100 Days Of Gratitude, and Gratitude Is A Journey children's book.
