Autorenporträt
Brian Stanyer was born in 1938 in a small Cheshire village. He attended the village school and then The King's School in Chester leaving after "A" levels in Biology and Chemistry. After a difficult period of indecision he was employed in industry for about ten years after which he became self-employed and ran a series of small businesses until he retired. He has been married for over sixty years with three sons, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He now lives with his wife in Cumbria.
