Corrosion is a major global challenge that causes severe economic and structural losses in industries, infrastructure, and daily life. Traditional corrosion inhibitors are often synthetic, expensive, and toxic to the environment. The increasing demand for eco-friendly, biodegradable, and sustainable alternatives has led to extensive research into "green corrosion inhibitors" derived from plant sources. This study focuses on the green corrosion inhibition properties of Amala (Phyllanthus emblica) and Custard Apple (Annona squamosa) leaf extracts on three commonly used industrial metals-stainless steel, copper, and aluminium-under different corrosive environments.
