Oscar Zárate is an award-winning illustrator. In addition to the Steven Froelich Misadventure series, his books include collaborations with Alan Moore (A Small Killing), Alexei Sayle (Geoffrey the Tube Train and The Fat Comedian), Richard Appignanesi (Introducing Freud and Introducing Existentialism) and Rius ( Lenin for Beginners). He illustrated Guatemala: South of Sanity, the first title in the "Misadventures" series.
