Alex Gerardo grew up in Schenectady, New York, where, despite a loving family, she felt totally alone during her high school years, suffering from anxiety and bipolar disorders. She is now living in Utica, New York with her fiancé and their kitten, Nebula Jean. When she isn't journaling, she enjoys writing, painting, and playing videogames.
