Lesley Rae Wetmore is a proud descendant of both the First Empire Loyalists and Irish immigrants who settled in New Brunswick. Drawing from her deep family roots and a lifelong passion for history, she brings the past vividly to life in her debut novel, Harbour of Hope. With a storyteller's heart and a historian's eye, Wetmore pays tribute to the resilience and spirit of those who helped shape Saint John. She lives in Atlantic Canada, where the stories of her ancestors continue to inspire her work.
