Dr. Jon Baggaley has taught at universities in Liverpool, Newfoundland, Montreal and Alberta. He is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and former Chair of Education at Concordia University, Montreal. Baggaley's books include 'Dynamics of Television' (Saxon House, with Steve Duck), 'Psychology of the TV Image' (Praeger), and 'Harmonizing Global Education' (Routledge).
