Autorenporträt
The author, Woz, has been painting thylacines for over twenty-five years, having seen a thylacine in the wild, near Nannup in Western Australia. He became fascinated with this officially extinct, but possibly extant, Australian marsupial and has compiled his knowledge, both fact and fiction, and a collection of his artworks and prose for readers to enjoy.
