The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between headmaster's leadership style and school learning culture in secondary schools of Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. Five specific research objectives were generated to guide the investigation: to establish the kind of leadership styles secondary headmaster's practice in schools; to establish the dimensions of school learning culture that manifest in secondary schools; to identify the relationships between headmaster's leadership styles and dimensions of school learning culture in order to identify the relationship between the two variables in a typical school, to determine whether leadership styles differ in relation to the headmasters' experience in the field and to find out the challenges facing secondary school headmasters in using leadership styles to enhance appropriate culture. A descriptive survey design was employed. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire and interview. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequencies, percentages, tables and inferential statistics. The findings show that leadership of a school headmaster affects the school learning culture.

Elle a passé son baccalauréat à la Kereri Girl Secondary School. Elle a obtenu son premier diplôme à l'université Kenyatta et son master à l'université Moi. Elle poursuit actuellement des études de doctorat à l'université Moi, au Kenya.
