Jill McFarren Avilés is the founder and director of McFarren Avilés & Associates, LLC, whose mission is to foster leaders in early childhood development. With a Master's degree in Curriculum Development from Teacher's College, Columbia University, Jill has over 38 years of extensive experience working in the United States, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East providing customized training, technical assistance, and coaching to early care and education staff, parents, government and non-governmental organizations. Her expertise includes developing and evaluating bilingual/multicultural early care and education programs, as well as designing and piloting a variety of curricula for early care and education trainers and providers. Erika Amadee Flores is the founder of ChildrenFlow, an organization that provides professional development for early childhood education with the mission to help develop each child's unique being while deepening their connection with the world around them. Her goal for children is that they grow into more humanistic, happy, caring human beings equipped to build a better world. Erika has extensive experience supporting early childhood statewide initiatives, school districts, Head Starts, and non-profit organizations. Erika's expertise includes effective teacher-child interactions, multi-language learners, and integrative approaches to child development.
