Born in 1968 in the Bronx, NY, Eric Michael Grant grew up in a city defined by struggle and resilience, he attended DeWitt Clinton High School, a Bronx institution referred to as "The Pride of the Bronx" for its rich legacy of producing distinguished alumni such as James Baldwin, Ralph Lauren, and Stan Lee. Eric looks to continue that tradition by leaving his mark on the world through his poems and short stories. Divorced after a 21 year marriage he resides in Orlando. FL. He is currently working on a screenplay about his conception, a personal story that promises to blend humor, emotion, and the powerful themes of identity that have always defined his life
