Natalie Kohlhaas is an anxiety specialist, clinical therapist, counselor, and seminar leader. She is widely known for her work with anxiety disorders and therapeutic techniques for those clients with whom talk therapy "has failed." She has attended and graduated with degrees in psychology from Oxford College of Emory University, the University of Georgia, and Georgia School of Professional Psychology. Her training with David Grand for brainspotting and the Wellness Institute in clinical hypnotherapy has helped to shift the emotional residue of many clients and therapists. She has held multiple board positions and engaged in speaking opportunities. Currently, she sits on the Licensed Professional Counselor Board for Georgia addressing supervision issues. Natalie has not only worked to train individuals, therapists, and families, but she has also worked with hospitals, the Department of Family and Children Services, and the National Institute of Mental Health to formulate studies and procedures for of those who are in need. With a background deeply rooted in tradition, she has integratedher wide-ranging experience into a program of psychological development and integrative mental health. Her working evidence-based model is founded not only on brain-based information but incorporates nutritional and healthy lifestyle elements where the mind, body, and spirit are addressed and released into their ability to heal, finding their place to exist within and without.
