Chase, his twin sister Elaine, and Antonello were best friends in college until heartbreak happened: they graduated, Antonello returned to Italy, and Elaine died, leaving Chase to raise her son as his own. At the time, returning to Florence had felt like Antonello's only option, a decision he's second-guessed since he left. When Chase contacts Antonello's family for business, they run into each other again, and old hurts are replaced by renewed friendship and the possibility for love, but duty, family, history, and big secrets could topple any possibility of a future.
