The selected hematological variables were Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells, Hemoglobin and Platelets. While Anaerobic Power, Vital Capacity, Resting Heart Rate, Resting Respiratory Rate, Total Body Fat Percentage, Lean Body Weight, Positive Breath Holding Capacity and Negative Breath Holding Capacity were selected physiological variables.

Über die Autoren: (1) Dr. Tilak Raj Meena arbeitet als Assistenzprofessor an der GGU in Bilaspur, Bundesstaat Chhattisgarh, Indien. Er ist auf Boxen spezialisiert und hat mehrere Artikel auf nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen veröffentlicht und vorgestellt. (2) Dr. Rajeev Choudhary ist Professor an der Pt. RSU in Chhattisgarh, Indien. Er hat mehr als 100 Artikel und 13 Bücher veröffentlicht und 13 Doktoranden betreut.
