Victoria Charles promovierte in Kunstgeschichte. Sie hat zahlreiche Arbeiten über die Kunstgeschichte publiziert und Beiträge zu Art Information verfasst, einem internationalen Führer zur zeitgenössischen Kunst. Sie schreibt regelmäßig Artikel für Journale und Zeitschriften. Ihr jüngstes Projekt bestand in der Mitarbeit an dem Sammelband 1000 Meisterwerke der Malerei.
