The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and legal study of the establishment, legal status, and functional purpose of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine as a cornerstone of the national anti-corruption infrastructure and judicial reform. The author substantiates the Court's role through a meticulous analysis of its foundational principles, its singular constitutional and legislative mandate to administer justice, and the system of functions that flow from this mandate.
