In India, they have been recorded on Impatiens species, Spermacoce stricta, Spermacoce hispida, Glossostigma spathulatum, Boerhavia repens and Boerhavia diffusa. The host plant is Pentas lanceolata in Australia. The larvae are green with black and white spots along each side.
