Kehoe, PhD is Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Historical and Philosophical Studies at the University of Melbourne and the in-house historian at leading public health charity Cancer Council Victoria, Australia. Jeffrey E. Pfeifer, PhD, M.Leg.St. is Associate Professor and former Chair of the Department of Psychology at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He also holds a research position with the Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science.
