Nicole was born in Newcastle, Australia and has worked in the occupational rehabilitation industry, as a Rehabilitation Counsellor for 15 years. She continues to work with people who have sustained acquired work related injuries, and has set up her business 'Holding On To Hope' as a specific service to assist people reach their highest potential after a brain injury.
