God has given Dr. Wingate a world vision and a passion for educating the ministers of tomorrow. A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Wingate holds degrees from Faith Theological Seminary, Moody Theological Seminary, and National Bible College. He lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Susan. They have three adult children.
