. Andrew Keith (1958-1999) was a writer of science fiction, military fiction, and role-playing game supplements. He wrote or co-wrote fifteen novels including The Fifth Foreign Legion trilogy. He also wrote several short stories, over fifty game modules and books set in the Traveller RPG universe, and twenty other modules for games and game systems including Chivalry & Sorcery, Privateers and Gentlemen, Dr. Who, and BattleTech, among others. In addition, he contributed over a hundred short stories, essays, and articles to magazines in the gaming field, and produced his own line of gaming supplements for Traveller
