Flavia Bellieni Zimmermann, Ph.D. (2023), The University of Melbourne, is a Lecturer of Public Policy and International Relations and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia. She is a Latin American political analyst, with focus on Brazil, and has published extensively in this field.
