Bethany Davis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, longtime wellness blogger, recipe developer, and certified yoga, meditation, and mat Pilates teacher. Teaching since the age of 21, she's spent over a decade helping others reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement--and now through food. Her passion for wellness began in earnest in 2016, when she moved out on her own and began healing from chronic health struggles and an eating disorder. Raised in Chinese culture with a deep appreciation for food, Bethany turned to the kitchen not just for comfort but for transformation--embracing food as medicine and nourishment. Smoothie bowls became one of her earliest and most powerful tools in that healing process, and one of her most loved blogs on her website. Loved for their beauty, simplicity, and nutrient-density, they quickly became her most requested recipe from patients, friends, clients, and her online community. That same love of wellness and accessibility inspired Bethany to co-own a health-focused coffee shop and later launch bethanydaviswellness.com--an affordable online fitness and wellness platform offering yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes for real bodies and real schedules.
