Beginner drawing book. I wanted to create a book that I wish I had been given when I was getting interested in drawing. At age 13 I was told that I needed to be spending 15-20 minutes drawing per day to improve my art skills. I wanted this book to be fun yet educational for young children to spark their imagination. This book shows young artists how to start with simple shapes and create the characters from Jenny Penny Has an Elephant. The pages go through a step by step process to come up with the end product. A great way to integrate learning to read with art. Good for ages 4 to 12. Pages are 8.5 x 11 to allow for images to be used with standard pieces of paper. The colouring pages can also be easily removed from the book to be placed on the prestigious fridge art gallery.
