Pain is a four-letter word that we need to have the least amount as we grow older. I had a problem with my sciatic nerve a few years back, and it was horrible. It went from my back to my leg and my feet. I couldn't walk or do any exercise with that pain. So I decided to search for a system that would help me because even though I don't know how long I would live, I want to live as long as I need to with the least amount of pain possible. I now walk six to eight miles per day, am totally healthy, and have only one pain left from my hemorrhoid. I was told all my life that I was a pain in the ass, but now, I actually have one. I watch my diet very closely so my stools stay soft and I can live with no pain. I have written this book to share with you what my research on how to live with the least amount of pain came up with!
