Robert Kopecky was born and raised on the outskirts of San Diego, California. He is best known as an award-winning illustrator, art director, and animation designer for The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, PBS Kids , and more. He is the creator of the popular spiritual art blog, Art, Faith, and the Koko Lion.
