I was born and raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, I spent my childhood exploring the beaches and spending time in the outdoors picnicking with my family, fostering a lifetime bond with my extended family. My love for my family and reading to my children, nieces, and nephews has equipped me to create engaging and entertaining stories fit for little ones. I draw inspiration from my experiences as a mother raising two adventurous children and I understands the importance of nurturing curiosity and a sense of wonder in children. My Whale of a Tale reflects my commitment to instilling a love of reading and the importance of family in the next generation. When I am not writing, I enjoy traveling, attending local sporting events and spending time with my family and friends. I returned to my home town and live in Lake Linden, MI with my supportive husband and two adventurous beloved dogs, Miss Lydia and Miss Violet.
