Megha Bhat is an author, poet, subconscious mind coach, and emotional wellness facilitator. With a background in mind-body sciences and behavioral coaching, she guides individuals uncover subconscious patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves - gently, honestly and creatively. Her work is rooted in inner transformation. Megha's poetry flows from the heart -tender, intuitive, and deeply human. Through her workshops, she creates space for reflection, release, and renewal.
