Juvenal Laurinda da Silva Chadreque is a researcher associated with the University of Bordeaux (France) and the Brazilian Center for Social Science Studies (CBEXS). A university lecturer and consultant, he has experience in organizational strategy, institutional performance and armed forces reform. His work focuses on the relationship between sovereignty, militarism and national development in democratic contexts.
