A. M. French is the author of Hunkie Dorie(TM) and the Kite of Destiny and the mother of four children who have inspired her love of imaginative storytelling. With a background in marketing and design, she brings a creative eye to every project, blending visual imagination with heartfelt narratives. As a homeschooling mother, she spent years nurturing a love of reading, curiosity, and nature in her children-experiences that deeply shape her work. Her years of living aboard a sailing yacht fostered a deep appreciation for wildlife and the fragile ecosystems that support many endangered animals. A passionate traveller and long-time animal enthusiast, she draws inspiration from the forests, coastlines, and wild places she explores. She is currently travelling across Europe while developing additional books in the Hunkie Dorie(TM) series.
