Leif Roder is the author of the Hunting and Herbalism series, originally released on Royal Road. They studied both aeronautics and software engineering before quitting university and moving abroad, where they began writing books on their phone while on the bus on the way to work. This eventually turned into a full-time career as an author. Now, they write all kinds of fiction, from fantasy to sci-fi with a sprinkling of magic to short stories about cats. They also enjoy a little wall climbing and archery as a treat. Roder lives in New Zealand. Leif Roder is the author of the Hunting and Herbalism series, originally released on Royal Road. A one-time engineering student, he ultimately dropped out of school and proceeded to bounce around, pursuing a hundred different interests and career paths, before finally arriving at writing. An Australian, Roder currently resides in New Zealand.
