Warren Snodgrass, MD, and Nicol Bush, MD, MCS are co-founders of the Hypospadias Specialty Center, providing care to patients of all ages with this condition. They are the most published authors in the history of hypospadias surgery. They are also the originators of TIP for distal and STAC for proximal hypospadias repair, as well as the 3 corporotomies to straighten ventral curvature. In addition, they have encouraged surgeons to objectively measure penile curvature, incorporate hyperbaric oxygen therapy, assess their own work, and specialize hypospadias repair as means to help repair hypospadias better.
