That spark followed him into every stage of his life--from the bustling hotels of Atlantic City to the creative playgrounds of entrepreneurship, entertainment, and beyond. After over a decade in hospitality & sales, Joel founded Ruda Entertainment, home of Championship Material, where he designs custom championship belts that turn everyday milestones into epic moments. Whether celebrating a business deal, a birthday, or a personal win, Joel believes everyone deserves to feel like a champion. He's collaborated with wrestling icons like Bill "Fonzie" Alfonso, exhibited at WrestleCons & WrestleMania, and partnered with luxury car dealerships like West 2 East Luxury, where new clients are crowned with custom belts instead of boring paper contracts. Now based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joel continues to chase joy and inspire others--whether as a casino host by day, a children's book author, or a dog dad to his two loyal sidekicks, Martín and Simon, who also star in his next book adventure.
