God draws people together who would normally never cross paths. That is what He did with Nancy & Francesca. Through a "chance" meeting via an internet Bible study a collaboration was born. From their first texts and phone calls, they knew that the Lord was working in their lives, together. Francesca, studying to be a music teacher and youth pastor, and Nancy, a retired school principal and active minister - are almost 40 years apart in age, yet their spirits meshed. Somewhere during their weekly chats, they decided to dive in to Genesis, each recording their own reflections and responses. Those notes became 40 days of devotions included in this book. Nancy & Francesca both love the book of Genesis, particularly all the ways that each of us can learn about humanity, God, and our relationships. Their prayer for you as you read, reflect, respond and resolve around the book of Genesis is that you will continue to seek God through the Word and through their ideas of what it means to be created in God's image. This is only the beginning.
