Immortals Among us, is a novel by Paul Ieson that is about the secret magick world of Immortals pretending to be mortal and pretending to be Witches. In the story, M&M, Freyja and Rhiannan are the main characters in the novel. They are the Immortals who are trying to stay hidden and wanting no humans to know of there kind. They walk the Earth pretending to be humans who practice magick so as to hide there strange ways about them. For thousands of years there kind has managed to stay undetected from anyone, even the governments that think that they run everything. As the main characters navigate through two worlds, Earth and the mystical Shadow. The main character is doing OK until a sudden miss-hap of events takes place and everything seems to all fall apart. His girlfriend gets abducted and a clash between good and evil begins and love then rises from out of the depths. Drama ensues and a mortal who wishes to join the ranks of the Immortals gets thrown into the mix. This tale of magick, suspense and romance showcases Paul's storytelling brilliance. Offering readers an enchanting escape into a realm where the extraordinary becomes reality. A must-read for fantasy enthusiasts. Did I mention that there are Dragons too?

Paul Ieson is from Northwest Ohio and currently lives in Millbury Ohio where he lives with his family. He is retired however he still loves music, woodworking and riding his motorcycle. Growing up in northwest Ohio, Paul always had a knack for creativity. Throughout his high school years, he got his creative juices flowing in English classes, writing short-stories that both his classmates and his teachers loved. From there, he continued his education at Penta Career Center, majoring in graphic communication where he was introduced to Black Swamp radio. Even though he formed valuable relationships with creative people, Paul knew his true passion was writing. In the late 90s, Paul finally began writing "Immortals Among Us," taking nearly 11 years to finish as he ventured across the country. "I was all over the place," he says. "Some of it was written by a mountain in Sedona and some of it was written in Baton Rouge," After several years, in 2020 where a Paul was finally determined to finished writing his first book. Now there have been three more written since then. Paul is proud to be a writer of short stories and novels in the fantasy/paranormal/horror genres. Pauls' imagination can go anywhere. He loves to write ghost stories that have a basis in truth or just made up and he likes to write fiction all together. The stuff he writs can get real twisted at times and he also likes to mix truth into the fiction work. However he does plan to write some non- fiction as well at some point.
