In this research we are willing to show the Lebanese public debt, if it's affected by external variables, and what are those variables. To conduct this study, we use quantitative research methods, with e-views software in order to analyze our data and get the final result if there is any variable that affect the Lebanese public debt.Furthermore, after we collect the data from various sources such as websites, books, journals, articles, and previous researches, we define clearly what the public debt is and how it's affected by other variables in other countries, than we collect the needed data about Lebanon. So far, we create our data sheet and analyze it by using several econometrics tests to clear the regression from any mistakes and achieve the goal in which it's a complete multiple regression formula that contains all the variables that affect the public debt.
