Victor M. Zesati was born on March 21, 1955, in Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico. Raised in rural hardship and impacted by his father's alcoholism, Victor began drinking at age nine and ran away at fourteen. By sixteen, he had crossed into the United States and arrived in Los Angeles in 1971, where he became entangled in gang life, drugs, and violence. Arrested and facing a two-year sentence, he encountered Christ in a county jail through a chaplain who gave him a Bible. That moment marked a turning point in his life. After his release, Victor was homeless until he was taken to Victory Temple (now Victory Outreach), where he entered the Victory Home. There, Jesus Christ transformed his life and called him to ministry. In 1983, he married Benita García, and together they raised four children, all of whom serve the Lord. Victor began ministerial studies at the Latin American Bible Institute (LABI), graduated from Victory Outreach School of Ministry, and earned a Bachelor's in Ministry from the Foursquare Church's Faculty of Theology. In 2005, he completed his Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) at Vanguard University. Over five decades, Victor has served as a counselor, evangelist, pastor, and international church planter. In 1981, he founded Victory Outreach's first international church in Jerez and Zacatecas, Mexico. He later planted a church in Pomona, California, pastoring it until 2019. He has also served as a prison and racetrack chaplain and taught in Bible colleges. Today, Victor continues to preach globally, sharing the message of hope, healing, and transformation. His life is a testimony of God's redemptive power. To God be all the glory.
