The aim of this study was to assess the impact of intestinal parasitosis on school performance among Djamane schoolchildren in the Kabbia region of Chad, so as to equip ourselves with more effective and efficient control strategies to help screen Djamane schoolchildren for parasitosis. It was a descriptive exploratory study running from July to August 2023, whichincluded 200 consenting Djamane schoolchildren (Mbarissou I, II; Gobo I, II and Landou). Pots were served to the pupils, and the well-labelled samples were transported in a cooler with accumulators to the HCDM medical analysis laboratory for parasitological examination of the stools. Fresh stools were subjected to a double PES examination, one macroscopic and the other microscopic. The data collected were entered and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software.
