Poka-Yoke has emerged as an important field of research in the last few years. In manufacturing industries, Poka-Yoke has become an important approach in order to produce quality products. Poka-Yoke is a very important tool by which rejection in operation of a system may be eliminated. The process is affected by various factors that supports and hinders Poka-Yoke. These factors were implemented in small and medium enterprises and their importance has been found out in the research. The objective of implementing Poka-Yoke in Indian industries is to remove errors before they present rejection. Poka-Yoke can be applied to virtually every type of project by exploring ways to present how an activity is supposed to be done, make it impossible to do it incorrectly, or make it obvious (known) when it has been done incorrectly. In the present work, a list of enablers and barriers responsible for Poka-Yoke were found out and a Questionnaire based survey has been done. After that a Statistical Analysis of Questionnaire based Survey on enablers and barriers have been done. Case study of the components has been exercised in A.K. Automatics, Hisar Road, Rohtak.
