To improve the fruit quality of 'Crimson Seedless' table grapes, the balance between vegetative and generative growth was regulated through varying nitrogen and potassium fertilization, pruning, and fruit thinning. Quality parameters such as dry matter, sugar content, acidity, anthocyanins, stilbenes, hydroxycinnamic acids, proanthocyanidins, and flavonols were evaluated. Fruit quality was positively influenced by reduced nitrogen fertilization and by combining fruit thinning with basal leaf removal.
