With this in mind, the aim of the manual is to study all the language rules of our students today, to determine their usage level, reading and writing skills. The manual consists of four chapters, and the original texts by English authors help students to develop writing skills in Section I (Texts). These texts can be used to spread the richness of the language and apply all the vocabulary in practice. Section II (Some Spelling Rules) sets out the rules of English spelling. Section III (Passages for Dictation) provides texts for developing the writing skills in dictation. The purpose of Section IV (Letter Writing) teaches the rules of letter writing in England and the United States which use in the development of international diplomatic relations, and helps to teach the techniques of letter writing.
