David Weiss is the Assistant Director at Chax Press & serves on the board of POG, a community poetry & arts organization, both located in Tucson Arizona. His recent poems have appeared in the journals BlazeVOX & Alienocene. A selfdescribed inveterate reader, he claims no authority or expertise. Instead, he prefers to emphasize the essential heterogenous community that makes the often solitary tradition of writing poetry a joyous one.
