Kossi Edem YOVOGAN é mestre em Ciências da Educação e da Formação. A sua dissertação, defendida em 2021 na Universidade de Lomé, incidiu sobre a educação inclusiva no Togo. Especialista em políticas e sistemas de educação nos países em desenvolvimento, preocupa-se com a inclusão de crianças com deficiência nas escolas.
