Harold Adjarko est un jeune métreur et un chercheur en gestion des marchés publics de la construction. Il est actuellement chargé de cours à l'école polytechnique de Takoradi et possède des années d'expérience dans l'enseignement de la passation des marchés de construction dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur. Il est titulaire d'une maîtrise en gestion des marchés publics et d'une licence en technologie du bâtiment, toutes deux obtenues à la KNUST.
