Der Autor Dr. Rajesh Vishwanath Wagh (BVSc & AH, MVSc, MBA & PhD) wurde am 22. Juli 1985 in Chikhli, Distrikt Buldhana im Bundesstaat Maharashtra (Indien), geboren. Er hat seinen B.V.Sc. & A.H und M.V. Sc. (LPT) am Veterinärmedizinischen College Nagpur und einen Doktortitel von der GADVASU in Ludhiana sowie eine Doktorarbeit am Institut für Fleischwissenschaften der Universität Helsinki in Finnland.
