Efraim Turban is Professor Emeritus of Information Systems at California State University, Long Beach. Previously, he was Distinguished Professor of Business at Eastern Illinois University. A member of the American Association of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Turban has published fifteen books on AI and information technology and serves on the editorial boards of several journals. He is acknowledged as one of the world's most prolific researchers in the application of computer technology to business and financial decision making. Carol Pollard is Professor Emerita of Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at Appalachian State University. She has held academic positions in four countries, with extensive experience developing, implementing, and teaching innovative undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs. Dr. Pollard's research has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly and Journal of Management Information Systems. She is the co-author of Application Performance Management in the Digital Enterprise and has consulted to numerous large companies worldwide. Gregory Wood is a Professor of Marketing and Information Systems at Canisius University, where he has held several teaching and administrative leadership positions, including department chair, associate dean, and founder and co-director of the Integrated Marketing Communications program.
